'The Journey'

New track and video, above, for “O Caminho” (The Journey) by London-based rappers Mohammed Yahya (b. in Mozambique) and Fachadaz (b. in Portugal). The song is produced by Faith SFX. The lyrics, part English, part Portuguese (translation here, just scroll down) is about their “… personal struggles for a brighter future on foreign soil.”
