Today “The Guardian” published a hysterical interview with Africa’s first Nobel literature winner, where he accused British Muslims of being breeding grounds for terrorists and then unfavorably compared them to the American Nation of Islam. He goes on about how the Nation of Islam is “a kind of mainstream Muslim institution” (has he studied its origins?) and unfavorably compares European Muslims to them: “The Muslims there are open Muslims, whereas in Europe they tend to go into ghetto schools.” What? Ghetto schools? Then he says the British should stop being so accommodating.
